The private spa was relaxing, but the parking was a pain during peak hours.

The Deluxe One Bedroom with Spa felt so spacious and cozy! I loved having a private spa on the balcony for stargazing at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep easy. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. However, the breakfast options fell short for our vegan diet. Also, not fond of scheduling a breakfast time during our holiday stay. Parking was tricky at peak times, but it didn't overshadow our retreat. Overall, I enjoyed it, aside from a few niggles.

We stayed for two nights as a family, and it was a great experience overall. The size of the Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment was perfect for us, allowing everyone to move around comfortably. The proximity to attractions like the Mitai Maori Village made it easy to explore the culture without needing to drive far. Plus, having a Japanese restaurant on-site with a discount was a lovely bonus for our meals.

The sofa bed was uncomfortably hard, prompting our child to prefer sleeping on the floor. Also, the parking situation was tight, making maneuvering our vehicles a bit of a hassle, especially with larger vehicles.
